It started with a simple observation
In 2016, our founder was working as a university librarian when she noticed something peculiar. Students who came seeking book recommendations rarely needed more books—they needed the right books, in the right order, at the right time in their studies.
The problem wasn't access to literature. It was navigation. With millions of titles available, the real challenge was finding your path through the noise.
The beginning
What began as informal reading guidance for a handful of students evolved into something larger. Word spread. Soon, professionals outside the university were asking for the same service. Entrepreneurs wanted reading programmes for leadership development. Writers sought pathways through literary traditions. Career changers needed knowledge foundations built through strategic reading.
By 2018, we'd formalised our approach into structured reading programmes. We brought together literary scholars, educators, and reading specialists to create a methodology that combined academic rigour with practical applicability.
Our approach today
