Please note:

• Book acquisition is your responsibility; our service fee covers guidance, not books themselves
• Reading progress depends on your commitment and available time
• Consultation scheduling is subject to mutual availability

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your programme enrollment:

• Within 14 days of payment for a full refund if services have not yet commenced
• After services begin, refunds are prorated based on services delivered

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and within our services, including text, graphics, logos, and guidance materials, is the property of glossy-fable and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

User Conduct
